LaunchPoint Design LLC provides web design, web development, SEO foundations, ads, hosting and deployment, analytics, and ongoing support. All work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Featured Builds are demo websites for fictional businesses. They are shown for viewing only. Each is offered as a service: we reskin it for one business and deploy it. The designs and code are not sold, licensed or distributed through this site, and pricing, scope and ownership terms are set in a written quote.

Text, graphics, logos, designs and code on this site and our demo websites belong to LaunchPoint Design LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Don't reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Clients keep ownership of the content they provide. By providing it, you allow us to use it to deliver the agreed work and, unless agreed otherwise in writing, to show the finished site in our portfolio.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind about its accuracy, reliability or availability.

To the fullest extent the law allows, LaunchPoint Design LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or profits, or interruptions arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
