Launching is the start. A site needs to stay online, stay safe and keep getting better. The Care Plan is how we look after yours, from the same person who built it.

What we offer

Our products

Four products, each a separate job. Take any one, or combine them; combined is the plain sum, nothing is bundled or forced.

  • Website Care keeps your website safe, updated and backed up.
  • Platform Care looks after a custom platform: the portal, the backend and the servers your customers log in to and depend on.
  • Marketing is the steady organic work of being found: content, profiles, reviews and search.
  • Advertising is paid campaigns on Meta and Google, managed by us and paid by you directly to the platform.

The line between Website Care and Platform Care: if people read it, it is a website. If people log in to it and run their day on it, it is a platform.

    $49/month

    Keeps a finished site healthy, safe and online.

    • Hosting and the care basics: uptime monitoring and alerts, SSL and security monitoring
    • Weekly backups
    • Updates tested on a preview before they go live
    • GA4, Search Console and Clarity set up in your own name, with the links and how-tos handed over
    • A one-page snapshot every month
    • 4 small edits a month included
    • Replies within 2 business days

  2. Growth

    $149/month

    For a site that changes and is expected to bring in business.

    Everything in Essential, plus

    • Unlimited small edits, one at a time: picked up within 48 hours, and the active edit completed within 2 business days
    • A Monthly Growth Report that tells your numbers as a plain-language story: what moved, what we did about it, and what happens next
    • A monthly SEO check, with fixes performed and documented in your Monthly Growth Report
    • Replies within 1 business day

  3. Business

    $249/month

    For businesses that want the fastest response and the front of the queue.

Custom platforms

Platform Care

Care for the platforms your business runs on: customer portals, employee tools, patient systems, member apps.

    Your platform stays up, safe and backed up.

    • Monitoring your platform around the clock, so problems are caught before your users notice.
    • Backing up all your data daily and testing the restores, so nothing important is ever lost.
    • Applying security and software updates, so your users' information stays protected.
    • Fixing critical outages within the same business day.

  2. Platform Support, $650/mo.

    Your people can count on it every day.

    • Everything in Secure.
    • Fixing bugs and user-reported issues quickly, before they slow your team or your customers down.
    • Keeping the platform fast as your users and data grow.
    • Handling account and access issues, like logins, permissions and password resets.
    • Sending a monthly report in plain English on usage, issues caught and what we fixed.

  3. Platform Partner, $1,500/mo.

    Your on-call technology team.

    • Everything in Support.
    • Building new features each month to help your business run better or earn more.
    • Planning the roadmap together, with a monthly call and a quarterly review.
    • Same-day priority response.
    • Limited to a few clients at a time.

Business-hours support. Scope details are in the service agreement.

Setup

One-time site setup and audit, $250.

It applies when a site is inherited or has no analytics in place. It covers:

  • GA4, Search Console and Clarity set up in your own name
  • A full audit within 14 days
  • The first monthly snapshot

The first month of the care plan is included with setup. Monthly billing starts the following month.

The terms

Simple, and in writing

Month to month
No contract. Cancel anytime.
What a small edit is
One reasonable batch of related changes to existing pages (text, photos, staff, hours, an address).
Project work is quoted first
New pages, redesigns and new features are separate project work, quoted before any work begins. No surprise bills.
Essential edits reset on the 1st
Unused Essential edits do not roll over to the next month; the count resets on the 1st.
