Privacy Policy.

When you send an inquiry, email us or book a call, we receive what you choose to share, typically:

• your name and email address
• your business or website, and a phone number if you add one
• the build you asked about and your message
• for bookings, the details you enter in Calendly

Inquiry forms also record the page you sent it from and how you arrived (for example a search ad or a demo website), so we can reply in context.

We use these services to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising:

• Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymised recordings and heatmaps of how pages are used
• Google Ads: whether a visit that started from one of our ads led to a booking or an inquiry

These services may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

• to reply to your inquiry and talk about the work you asked about
• to schedule and hold calls you book
• to improve the site and understand which pages and campaigns help people find us

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It passes only through the services that run the site:

• Resend, which delivers inquiry emails to us and a confirmation copy to you
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site; if lead storage is enabled, inquiries are kept there for up to 90 days and then deleted
• Calendly, for bookings, under its own privacy policy
• Google and Microsoft, for the analytics described above

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of LaunchPoint Design LLC.

Our demo websites (for example halden-vey.launchpointdesign.com) are for businesses that do not exist. Their own forms send nothing unless they say otherwise; any message routed from a demo comes to LaunchPoint Design and is handled under this policy.

Your first audits and comparison need no email. If you give one to keep going, we keep your email, the sites you audited and their scores for up to one year, never the content of the pages. We use them to email you your reports (sent through Resend) and to follow up on your results.

Every report email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we stop emailing you as soon as you use it. To have your audit records deleted, reply to any of our emails or write to contact@launchpointdesign.com.

We take reasonable measures to protect what we collect. No method of sending or storing data online is perfectly secure.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you've given us at any time by emailing contact@launchpointdesign.com.
